Rev. Vincent Adzika, Ho Metropolitan Director, inaugurating the nine-member committee, said the APRM was crucial in promoting political stability, economic growth, and sustainable development.
The members of the committee are Mrs. Thywill Eyra Kpe, Chairperson; Mr. Yao Semorde, Vice Chairman; Mr. Jones Amegashie-Viglo, Secretary; Mr. Evans Attah Akangla, Organiser; Mr. Alex Korsi Akpo; Mr. Michal Tormeti; Mrs. Madeline Nutsuga; and Mama Awude II, with Rev. Vincent Adzika as an ex-officio member.
The APRM, established in 2003 by the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), measures performance in four thematic areas: democracy, economic governance, corporate governance, and socio-economic development.
The reconstitution of the DoC is expected to promote good governance, democracy, and sustainable development in Ghana.
