Information reaching the news desk of Voltaonlinegh.com indicates that, two of the five occupants of the Toyota Camry car, which plunged into the Lagoon at Srogbe in the Keta municipality on Thursday have died.
The two persons died at the Keta Government hospital, where they were rushed together with the three others for treatment, after they were rescued from submerged mangled car by local rescuers.

Voltaonlinegh.com understands, the victims were travelling to Tegbi for a funeral planning meeting of a deceased family member, when their car with registration number, GR-940-13, skidded off a bridge just before Savietula, a popular surburb along the Srogbe-Anloga road and landed into the lagoon, due to an apparent brake failure.
It took the swift response of residents to rescue the victims to the hospital, before personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service arrived at the scene to evacuate the car from the lagoon.
