President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has arrived in Ho, the Volta Regional capital Sunday evening ahead of his 2-Day working tour of the region.
The President was met on arrival at the Residency in Ho by the Regional Minister, Dr. Archibald Letsa and his Deputy, Rev. Johnson Avuletey together with the MCE, Hon. Prosper Pi-Bansah, and a host of MMDCEs,  NPP Regional executives as well as a multitude of party supporters.
Earlier, the team made a whistle stop at Tsito, where the president was given a thunderous welcome.
Accompanied by some key government functionaries, including the Information Minister, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, Minister for Roads and Highways, Hon. Kwesi Amoako-Attah, President Akufo-Addo is scheduled have a meeting with members of the Regional Security Council Monday morning, before  kick starting the tour to inspects ongoing projects in the region, while interacting with citizens and opinion leaders alongside.
The president’s first stop will be at Adaklu and Akatsi districts where he will inspect infrastructure projects and also attend the 30th Anniversary of the Akatsi District Assembly. He will then head to the Ketu South municipality to grace a durbar of the Chiefs and people of Aflao.
 On Tuesday, President Akufo-Addo would interact with some students and tutors of selected senior high schools in Ho, and Vakpo. He will also attend durbars in Dzolokpuita, Kpeve and commission a dormitory block at the Vakpo Senior High School.
The President would later visit the Volta Star Textiles at Juapong, and also lay foundation stone for railway project before departing to Accra.
