Anticipation is building for the 7th edition of the Annual Bishop Herman Old Boys (BHOBU) Games, scheduled to take place at the Madina Sports Complex in Accra on Saturday, July 8, 2023.
The esteemed sports event, which brings together former students from one of the prestigious boys’ Senior High schools in the Volta Region, promises to be an exhilarating event filled with intense competition to determine the fittest year group.
J.P. Adjadeh, Chairman of the BHOBU Games Planning Committee, is confidence in delivering yet another remarkable edition of the event, building on its successful inception in 2015.
According to him, the annual alumni games have served as a dynamic platform for former students and their associates to come together, forge lasting bonds, and discuss ways to support their beloved alma mater.
This year’s edition is expected to attract over 3000 old students and associates. The event will showcase a diverse range of games, including football, thrilling indoor games like Ludu and Oware, table tennis, 100m race, basketball, and more.
Mr. Adjadeh, therefore, appealed to corporate entities to lend their support to the event, as it offers an excellent opportunity for them to promote their brands through patronage.
