Danbort FC has captured Michael Agbekpornu Aqua (Defender) and Sylvester Smith Adjetey ((Midfielder) to aid them in their ongoing National Division One League campaign.
Both players joined from former Division One side Ho Dynamo FC on an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year old defender who was adjudged Dynamo’s best player last season in an exclusive interview with voltaonlinegh.com says he is committed to playing at the highest level and the move was a dream come true.
“This move back to a Division One side is dreams come true. I always wanted to play at the highest level and this is the opportunity. With hard work I know I can achieve my dreams”
Also, Smith, 21, couldn’t hide his excitement. He said it is an opportune time to show the world what he is made of and capable of on the field of play.
“It’s the desire of every player to play and achieve his dream. Am happy I took another step in my carrier. I will do my best on the field and show the world what I’m capable of doing.”
Both players said they opted for the club because of the love for them and pray to start their carrier at Danbort FC on a bright note with more goals.
Meanwhile, they have been included in Danbort FC’s 18-man squad for today’s game at home against Amidaus Professionals.
